Richard Llewellyn-Bell
Director of Legal Services
Richard is a highly experienced employment lawyer, known for his pragmatic and hands-on support to HR Directors, senior management teams and business owners. He understands how sensitive and time-consuming people issues can be, and he provides commercial, results-driven advice across a wide range of employment law and HR matters.
With a wealth of experience in private legal practice and later as a senior advisor for a national HR consultancy, Richard excels at helping clients manage complex employment challenges and achieve their business goals.

Richard qualified as a lawyer in 2007 following service in the Royal Air Force and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He also volunteers for BPP University Law School’s pro bono unit and is a regular guest lawyer for virtual Q&A sessions, presenting to large audiences of HR professionals.

Andrea Llewellyn-Bell

Andrea Llewellyn-Bell is at the heart of Bell Taylor’s client relationships, ensuring our team consistently meets the high standards of service that our clients rely on. With over 30 years of experience at Lloyds Bank, Andrea brings a wealth of commercial knowledge and expertise to the business.
She not only oversees client relations but also manages the business’s finances, compliance, and regulatory obligations. Andrea’s wide-ranging skill set allows her to seamlessly also take care of HR and operational matters for one of Bell Taylor’s key clients.

Ben O’Neill
Employment Law Assistant
Ben began his training with Bell Taylor in early 2024 and is currently earning and learning his way towards becoming a specialist employment lawyer through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Ben supports the full range of clients here at Bell Taylor and is excellent at helping to find solutions to thorny HR problems. In addition, Ben supports our Director of Legal Services who mentors him and instils the level of expertise and excellence we strive for.

When out of the office and helping our clients, Ben can be found scuba diving having recently attained the rating of PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer after moving back to Shrewsbury from Costa Rica.

Andrea Miller
Senior HR Consultant
Andrea is a highly skilled HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of employment law and a wide range of experience across industries. Andrea’s expertise lies in handling HR challenges such as disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and conducting investigations though she is also known for her ability to set HR strategy, implement processes, and drive change to improve employee engagement. Her personable approach helps guide businesses through complex HR matters with a balance of people and commercial considerations.
While her focus lies in human resources consultancy, she also creates and delivers tailored HR, management, and leadership training programmes, designed to upskill teams in leadership and management, and critical HR processes.

Andrea holds a Masters in Business Administration and a BA in Social Psychology. Having begun her career in executive search, Andrea spent several years in recruitment before expanding her HR skills in legal practice management. While studying for her MBA, Andrea moved into management consultancy with a focus on people and change, working as a trusted, strategic advisor to board members.
